The giveaway closes on 30 September 2023 at 11:59pm ACST.

The winner will be drawn on or before 7 October 2023 at 12:00pm ACST and notified via email.

We will also send an email to all entrants of the giveaway to advise on who the lucky winner is!

1. Eligibility:
The SEEH Skincare Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only. Entrants must be at least 18 years old to participate. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of SEEH Skincare, Happy Way, Steph Pase Planners, Al.ive Body, Bloom Store, Ziggy and the Sun and George Haircare are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Period:
The Giveaway begins on 23 August 2023 at 12:00pm ACST and ends on 30 September at 11:59pm ACST (the "Entry Period").

3. Winner Announcement:
The winner of the Giveaway will be selected randomly and announced on or before 7th October 2023. The winner will be notified via email. Additionally, SEEH Skincare will send an email to all participants within 7 days of the Giveaway ending, notifying them that a winner has been drawn.

4. Prize:
The prize consists of $250 gift vouchers from each of the participating brands. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Conditions of Entry:
By entering the Giveaway, you agree to the following conditions:

• You understand that your contact information, including your email address and phone number, will be shared with participating brands (Happy Way, Steph Pase Planners, Al.ive Body, George Haircare, Ziggy and the Sun and Bloom Store) for marketing and promotional purposes.
• You consent to receive marketing communications from SEEH Skincare and the participating brands. You can opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails.

6. Disqualification:
SEEH Skincare reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent activities.

7. Privacy:
Your personal information will be used and protected in accordance with SEEH Skincare's Privacy Policy. By entering the Giveaway, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. General:

• This Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
• By entering, you release SEEH Skincare and all participating brands from any liability related to the Giveaway.
• SEEH Skincare reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time for reasons beyond its control.
