Shipping Policy

As soon as you place your order, you will receive email confirmation. Your order will then be sent promptly for fulfillment and dispatch. Your order is not able to be edited, added to or cancelled once submitted and finalised online.  

Your order will be dispatched on the following business day (Monday - Friday).

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday - Friday).

Please note: shipping times are a guideline, and subject to change based on order volume, courier delivery delays, or other unforeseen and unavoidable events beyond SEEH Skincare’s reasonable control.

Australian Shipping

We offer shipping through Australia Post on all Australian domestic orders. Orders will be shipped from Adelaide, SA, 5000.

Tracked Parcel Post

Tracked Parcel Postage is free for all Australian orders over AUD $75.

For orders below AUD $75, flat rate delivery of AUD $5.95 applies.

For small orders less than AUD $15, flat rate non-tracked delivery of AUD $2.95 is available.

If you have selected Tracked Parcel Postage, once your order has been dispatched it will be delivered in 3-7 business days. Delivery times depend on destination location. Visit AusPost for expected delivery time to your area.

Express Post

Tracked Express Postage is free for all Australian orders over AUD $120.

For orders below AUD $120, flat rate delivery of AUD $8.95 applies.

If you have selected Express Postage, once your order has been dispatched it will be delivered in 1-2 business days for all Australian Capital Cities. Next day delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network. Unfortunately, SEEH Skincare cannot guarantee next day delivery on any order. International Shipping

We offer international shipping through Australia Post on international orders. Orders will be shipped from Adelaide, SA, 5000.

All International orders may attract fees, duties, import/export and excise taxes, as well as other fees or assessments which may be assessed or levied by any national, State, or local government and any of their departments and subdivisions in relation to the ordered products. These charges are not included in the original shipping charge, and must be paid by you in addition to the shipping prices stated on the website.  You will not be entitled to payment or reimbursement by SEEH Skincare for those charges. If you fail to pay the required fees, duties, taxes or assessments and the items are returned to us, we will provide you with a refund for returned products minus the return delivery costs.

Tracked Parcel Postage is free for all New Zealand orders over 1kg.

For orders below 1kg, flat rate delivery of AUD $9.95 applies.

For small orders less than AUD $15, flat rate non-tracked delivery of AUD $3.95 is available.

Tracked Parcel Post (US & Canada)

For Tracked Parcel Postage a flat rate delivery of AUD $24.95 applies on all orders over 500g.

For orders below 500g, flat rate delivery of AUD $19.95 applies.

For small orders less than AUD $15, flat rate non-tracked delivery of AUD $6.95 is available.

Tracked Parcel Post (UK)

For Tracked Parcel Postage a flat rate delivery of AUD $24.95 applies on all orders over 500g.

For orders below 500g, flat rate delivery of AUD $15.95 applies.
